If you order a physical product like a book, audio CD or gift:
SHIPPING
All items shipped with the U.S. are shipped UPS ground unless you specify 2nd day air.
Items ship within 24 hours of order in most cases.
For Canadian or other International orders, shipping costs are calculated and billed separately once the order is processed.
RETURNS
It's easy to return an item if you're not satisfied.
We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses — please refer to it for details.
Returning Most Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition), and with the original packing slip to:

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for magazines, downloadable PDFs or and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
SALES TAX
In accordance with applicable law, we collect sales tax in California only. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order including gift-wrap fees (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.
Libraries, schools, not-for-profits, and other qualified groups and individuals may place a sales tax-exempt order once we have your tax-exempt certificate on file.
Magazines are not subject to sales tax.

Class Refund Policy
If we cancel a class… all students will receive a full refund.
If you must cancel your class participation…
Tuition for each course includes a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. For cancellations less than fifteen calendar days from the starting date of the class, all paid fees will be forfeited EXCEPT in case of emergency.
However, you can apply the full tuition to another class without forfeiting the registration fee.
